About Me
I was born in Romania and I came to Bali in 2017, after having lived in Austria for 7 years. While growing up I was often described as too sensitive, as if that was something wrong. So later on I tried to hide that side of myself, especially while working demanding jobs in communications and PR for 17 years.
My most important job though has started in Bali, the one of (re)discovering my true self, and learning how to fully enjoy life and have faith in my path. Having experienced different healing modalities, embodiment approaches and coaching programs, I found in ThetaHealing a reliable method that brought me most inner peace, strength and freedom, self-confidence, self-understanding and acceptance, more ease and authenticity in my relationships, and a general optimistic attitude in life.
I have been consistently working with ThetaHealing ever since and I consider it the most important stage in my inner growth. I have learned so much about myself, including that my sensitivity is in fact deep empathy and how to engage that quality in a healthy way both for myself and with others.
After becoming a certified ThetaHealer I started guiding people towards realizing their true potential by releasing core limiting beliefs, patterns, behaviours, or stuck emotions that are not serving them.
To present I have conducted hundreds of sessions, both online and in person. I am currently collaborating with a renown Ayurvedic center, with one of the most beautiful wellness centers in Ubud, as well as with an initiative designed for people suffering from addictions, depression, stress or anxiety.
My clients describe me as gentle, kind, intuitive, with a high capacity to listen and hold space for what needs to be released in our sessions together.
